We’re committed to getting your order to you as smoothly and quickly as possible. All shipments are dispatched from our central warehouse located on Java Island.

Shipping Rates

• Jabodetabek (Jakarta, Bogor, Depok, Tangerang, Bekasi):
  Flat shipping fee of IDR 30,000, regardless of order size.
• Rest of Java Island:
  Standard flat rate of IDR 50,000 per order.
• Outside Java (including Sumatra, Kalimantan, Sulawesi, Papua, and other islands):
  • Orders below IDR 1,800,000: Shipping fee is IDR 150,000
  • Orders IDR 1,800,000 or more: Enjoy free shipping!

Estimated Delivery Times

Please note that delivery times are estimates and may vary depending on your exact location, local logistics conditions, weather, or unforeseen operational delays.

• Java Island (including Jabodetabek): 2–3 business days
• Sumatra & Kalimantan: 6–11 business days
• Sulawesi & surrounding islands: 8–14 business days
• Papua, Maluku, Nusa Tenggara & remote regions: Typically over 14 business days
