Returns & Exchanges Policy
We want you to be satisfied with your purchase. If you wish to return or exchange an item, we are happy to assist—provided all conditions outlined below are fully met. Please review this policy carefully before submitting a request.
Eligibility Requirements
To qualify for a return or exchange, all of the following conditions must be satisfied:
Original Packaging Intact The outer shipping carton and product box must be undamaged, unmarked, and in resalable condition.
Product in New, Unused Condition Items must be unworn, unwashed, and free from stains, odors, pet hair, or any signs of use, damage, or alteration.
Unboxing Video Required For quality assurance and fraud prevention purposes, customers must provide a clear, continuous, and unedited unboxing video that shows the package upon delivery and the immediate inspection of the item. Return or exchange requests submitted without this video will not be processed.
Warehouse Inspection and Approval All returned items are subject to inspection by our warehouse team. A return or exchange will only be approved after verification that all eligibility conditions have been met.
Important Notes
All return or exchange requests must be initiated within 7 calendar days of the delivery date.
Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer, unless the return is due to an error on our part (e.g., incorrect item shipped or defective product).
If any of the above conditions are not fully satisfied, we reserve the right to reject the return or exchange request, or to return the item to the customer at their expense.
